Fc Barcelona Twitter Account Hacked by Catalan Club Today. See what they are doing.

The Catalan club saw their social media account taken over early Wednesday, with a false signing announced on Twitter.

FC Barcelona's Twitter was hacked in the early hours of Wednesday morning, with the club "announcing" the signing of Angel Di Maria from Paris Saint-Germain.

It had been a trying 24 hours for the Blaugrana, as on Tuesday the club announced they were suing Neymar after alleging the Brazilian failed to fulfill his agreement with the team.

And things only got worse later as the club's official Twitter account sent out a tweet saying, "Welcome Angel Di Maria to FC Barcelona!"

Over the course of the next hour, the tweets would disappear and reappear on Barcelona's timeline, as a back-and-forth battle between the hackers and the club ensued. 

Later, the club tweeted: "Our accounts have been hacked tonight. We're working to solve the problem as soon as possible.

"Thanks for your patience."

Credit for the hack was claimed by OurMine, a Saudi Arabian group who have also hacked the Facebook account of CNN, and Twitter accounts of Netflix, Marvel and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg among many others.

The “Facebook Password Stealer” tool is actually a RAT as it turns out to be.

Almost every newbie hacker has this passion of hacking other people’s Facebook account. 1. Remotely gain access into the victim’s desktop or active window

2. See the victim’s IP, full computer name, full username, OS, install date, and country

3. Remotely execute a file from disk or URL

4. Manipulate files

5. Open a remote shell, allowing the attacker to use the command line

6. Open a process manager to kill processes

7. Manipulate the system registry

8. Record the computer’s camera and microphone

9. Log keystrokes

10. Steal passwords stored in browsers or other applications.

Therefore, it is highly advisable to stay away from such tools which claim to “hack” something effortlessly.
